💰 Ethical Refund Policy | No Wind, No Pay
- We REFUND ALL UNUSED hours at the corresponding value based on completed instruction (2, 6, or 12-hour packages)
- Example: If you book a 6-hour course but complete only 2 hours due to weather conditions, we charge only for the 2-hour package rate
- For completely cancelled sessions, a small administrative fee (maximum €25) may apply in certain circumstances
- Alternatively, unused hours can remain as credit valid for 12 months
📅 Booking & Payment Terms
- 15% deposit required to secure booking (fully refundable in no-wind conditions)
- Remaining payment due 5 days before scheduled class
- All unused lessons due to insufficient wind conditions will be fully refunded
- Classes remain valid for 3 months (extended for consistent lack of wind conditions)
- Subsequent lessons are typically scheduled at the conclusion of each session or by end of day
🏫 Professional Standards
- All GUSTYKITE instructors hold international and national certifications with extensive experience in diverse conditions worldwide
- We fully comply with all national legal requirements and certifications from IPDJ and FPV
- Students must follow all instructor directions regarding location, technique, and safety procedures
- Failure to respect instructor guidance may result in immediate termination of the lesson without refund
- Our insurance coverage is only valid when instructor directions are followed
🛡️ Equipment & Safety
- GUSTYKITEprovides all necessary technical equipment (excluding wetsuits):
- Appropriate kite size and type
- Board and harness
- Safety gear (impact vest, helmet, and safety systems)
- Students agree to wear all recommended safety equipment
- Choosing not to use provided safety gear is solely the student's decision and invalidates insurance coverage
⏰ Cancellation Policy
- Lessons are considered forfeited if student arrives more than 15 minutes late
- No refund will be provided for no-shows, and rescheduling will be subject to availability
- Cancellations are only permitted for serious, certified health or security issues
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be determined based on circumstances and advance notice
- Loss or damage to any equipment requires payment of 75% of retail price
